K13 is a Japanese corporation, or, more specifically, it’s the designation for what most assume to be a covert government agency based in Japan. Most of the information known about K13 is speculative. K13 is rumoured to specialize in building insurgency and information gathering drones. Many suspect they entered the Kami drone into the arena as an opportunity to test and analyze data around its stealth system. Since its addition to the arena, many small changes to the power systems and internal frequencies it operates at have been the cause for much speculation. K13 has not to date put any other drones into the arena and very little is known about their other technologies.
